Major refurbishment of Highpoint branch including demolition and new fit out. Modus worked with custom specifications to bring this 170m2 project to life. Custom requirements included a concertina door and track support and plumbing services, specifically, installation of a new DDA toilet, ambulant toilets and kitchenette. Modus worked with Westpac’s nominated contractors to install a new ATM as well as coordinating the incumbent base building contractors.
