Refurbishment of Highpoint branch including demolition and new fit out. Working with tight timelines and coordinating multiple stakeholders, including Bank of Melbourne’s nominated contractors and incumbent base building contractors, Modus delivered a major refurbishment of the Melbourne Highpoint branch. This 120m2 banking project included the install of new ATMs and auto doors, shop front and internal glazing, signage, decals and ATM cladding.
