The project was D&C fit-out of new barber shop on the busy King St in Sydney. The scope included consultant coordination and managing the building approvals process on behalf of the client.
The scope included the demolition of an existing warm shell retail tenancy that had enclosed the 4metre ceilings.
Once exposing the concrete soffit above the construction detail was changed mid-project to include an exposed ceiling which required further onsite coordination of services.
The result was a minimal and elegant retail barber shop with feature lighting and signage used to bring the space together on a small budget.
