Modus Projects have recently been awarded the first phase of Viva Energy Australia’s national HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) upgrade across 28 of its sites.
This strategically planned exercise will involve replacing any units that are at the end of its life whilst ensuring these busy sites remain open for customers.
As part of the upgrade, Modus will also be undertaking works to increase the cooling capacity to the stores. For all in house trades, self delivery is key in ensuring all projects are delivered to a high standard, on time, and on budget.
We will be moving onto Phase 2 in the coming months with the aim of successfully delivering another 50 sites for Viva Energy.
