Scope: Modus were engaged by WeWork to complete a full D&C project to construct the first of its kind world- wide, L’Oreal Hair Salon Fit Out. The project involved converting the half-floor office space at 383 George St Sydney into a L’Oreal hair salon. The client engaged us through an ECI process, then via tender submission proposal.
The scope of works included the engagement, management, construction, and delivery of the project, submission of design components for services with consultants/shop drawings for
joinery, and procurement of all items. The fitout scope involved the demolition of the existing half-floor office space, detailed bespoke joinery, completion of mechanical/hydraulic/ electrical & lighting/

We provided our expertise in project management, construction, and delivery to create a world-class L’Oreal hair salon. We worked collaboratively with the client and project stakeholders, from the early design stages to construction, to ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget.
