Positioned on a prominent corner in Bondi Junction with 4m ceilings and floor to ceiling glazing the build was to relocate the existing dated HSBC branch to a newly upgraded retail store. A feature of the project would be the 1metre tall curved digital bulk head that sits above the 3metre ceiling line.
The project includes a multitude of detailed textured joinery that were manufactured off site and installed within the set out wall with minimal tolerance.
Complexities of the project include work with no loading dock front Oxford St in Bondi Junction, and safely constructing and coordinating new services and structural members within the 5metre ceiling void
