Brookfield wanted to restore three iconic landmarks in regional NSW. The brief was to retain heritage colours where necessary and ensure no disruption to business operations. With the courthouses fully operational during works, health and safety was also a major priority for this project.
A stringent program of works was key to all three projects, with Modus scheduling potentially disruptive works after hours – including the laying of new carpet. With meticulous attention to detail, the expert team of painters used colour schemes and finishes that preserved the integrity of the historic buildings.
Modus successfully completed all works within the specified timeframe, achieving excellent aesthetic results with no interruptions to the Courthouse’s busy schedule.
