Working across 350 ANZ branches in regional and metropolitan areas of NSW and Victoria, Modus was asked to install new LED lighting to help meet ANZ’s sustainability goals. Consideration for both functionality and environmental impact required varying levels of lighting at each location, and the team had to ensure zero impact on branch trading.
Meticulous scheduling and clear communications were paramount to the success of the project. Modus liaised directly with each branch manager and provided 48-hour notifications before each install to ensure trouble-free access for contractors.
Modus’ experienced team of electricians across both states worked to the highest safety standards, paying attention to specific branch requirements and maximising individual staff comfort.
Lux readings taken on completion of each job ensured compliance with Australian Standards. Modus also recommend the option to install dimmers at a later stage, further reducing future usage costs for the client.
ANZ’s Green Refresh was completed on time without impinging on branch trading, upholding Modus’ strong track record in managing large national roll-outs in electrical services. Ultimately, the result was a more economical lighting solution for ANZ and the promise of a brighter, greener future.
