Ray White engaged Modus to deliver a refit to prepare for a new tenant, RSEA Safety. Factory, office, external car park and landscaping were to be transformed. The fast-track program of less than two months included design, resourcing, procurement and construction – enabling RSEA to be operating in their new premises as soon as keys were handed over.
Modus undertook a rigorous audit to anticipate potential obstacles and developed strategies that eliminated complications and ensured timely delivery of this project. With a large amount of demolition required, Modus prioritised safety.
Working to a rigorous and precise program, Modus’ in-built contingency days allowed for extensive floor preparation and multiple resin applications necessary to level the uneven surface.
To fast-track works, Modus used scheduled rates and experienced contractors. Modus managed all stakeholders, adhering to stringent deadlines which allowed RSEA to commence trading on schedule in this multi‐faceted transformation from plumbing store to construction workwear and safety supplies outlet.
