Modus overcame several challenges during the project, mainly comprising of the client’s design palette being based on European design elements, fixtures and finishes.

THE SOLUTION

Driven by thorough planning, Modus executed a comprehensive store build & fit out in 8-weeks, encompassing project management, onsite supervision & the collaboration of many trades.

Modus worked closely with H&M Australia and China by implementing the right balance of design, functionality & cost. The outcome of the build depended on maintaining open lines of communication and meticulous attention to detail to ensure the suitable materials were chosen. The client now has a final product that is in line with their high-end European brand.

Furthermore, the feedback has been tremendously positive with regards to the hand over being the most successful to date within Australia.
