At Modus Projects we provide Project Management, Construction, Fit-out and Facility Services to some of Australia’s leading brands, including major banks, government departments and petroleum sites. Due to significant growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Sydney. The position on offer is an exciting and varied role working throughout Sydney and metropolitan areas.

You will be moving from site to site throughout the week in a fast paced environment in some of Australia’s most respected and prominent retail and banking sites. This is a challenging and rewarding position requiring fine attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of works under strict timelines.

Essential Requirements

  • Site background either trade or site management
  • Proven experience meeting & exceeding KPIs
  • Estimation of Minor Works with values up to $150K
  • Contractor Management – including engagement and management of trades to handover of project
  • WHS implementation and management across project sites
  • Strong leadership, delegation and motivational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
